Can I apply different availability schedules to specific courts?
Yes, you can assign unique availability schedules to individual courts or groups of courts. Navigate to Settings > Availability & Pricing, create a new availability, and select the specific courts you want it to apply to.

What happens if I delete an availability? Will it affect existing bookings?
Deleting an availability will not cancel existing bookings. However, players won’t be able to make new bookings for the courts the deleted availability period applied to.

How do I make temporary changes to availability without affecting the standard schedule?
Use the Override feature. Go to Settings > Availability & Pricing, choose the relevant availability, and add an override for the specific date or time you want to modify.

Yes. While defining availability, you can add multiple time ranges by clicking + Add Time Range. This is useful for splitting the day into different booking periods with separate time slots or pricing.

Yes, as an admin, you can cancel or modify bookings on behalf of a player. Navigate to the specific booking and use the edit or cancel options provided.

The system automatically notifies players of any changes to their booking, such as cancellations or time changes. Players will receive instant notifications and can view the updates in their Squashly account.
