Venue Players Overview

Centralized Insights into Player Activity and Status​

The Players Database contains a list of all players who have ever made bookings at the venue.

Players can be filtered by their statuses to simplify management.

Player statuses:​

    Active: The user has registered in the application.

    Debt: The player has one unpaid.

    Debt/Blocked: The player has two unpaid games.

    Blocked: The player has been blocked by an administrator.

Each player's profile includes:​

    Personal Details: Contact information.

    Booking History: A record of all bookings, with any bookings that have outstanding debts listed at the top.

    Admin Comments: Notes added by administrators to the player's profile. Admins can view detailed booking information by selecting a specific booking from the player's profile.
