Accessing the Admin Panel

Logging In and Setting Up Your Account​

Receive Login Credentials​

After the initial venue setup by Squashly Support, you will receive an email at admin email address containing:

    The admin panel login URL

    Your username and temporary password

Log In to the Admin Panel​

    Open the URL provided in the email.

    Enter your username and temporary password.

    Change your password immediately after logging in for security purposes.

note

The temporary password will expire 7 days after the invitation is sent.

Enter Personal Information​

During the first login, you may need to enter:

    First Name

    Last Name

Information

If your email is linked to an existing Squashly account, this step will be skipped, and details will be auto-filled.

Password Recovery​

If you forget your password:

  1. Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
