What We Need to Get You Started

To kickstart your setup, provide the following information to Squashly Support at [email protected]:

Venue Information

    Venue Name

    Venue Email Address

    Venue Phone Number

    Venue Website

    Venue Address (Country, City, Street, Zip Code)

Admin Information

    Admin Name

    Admin Email Address

    Preferred Admin Panel Language (available options: English or Polish)

Cancellation Policy: Share your venue’s cancellation policy document to configure appropriate rules.

Loyalty Programs: Provide details of any loyalty programs you use to integrate them into the platform.

Once you submit this information, the Squashly Support Team will complete the setup and send the admin panel access credentials to the email address provided.
