Canceling a Booking

How to Cancel a Booking

1. Select the booking you want to cancel.
2. Click More Options and select Cancel Booking.
3. You will be notified if a cancellation fee applies and can choose to waive it.
4. Confirm by clicking Cancel Booking or discard changes by clicking Cancel.
5. For multi-hour bookings, use Cancel All Related Bookings from More Options to cancel them simultaneously.
