Managing Coaches

Monitor and Supervise Coaches Associated with Your Venue​

Coaches who select your venue as their coaching location in their Sqquashly app profiles will automatically appear in the Coaches tab.

View the date when each coach added your venue as their coaching location and number of training sessions they conducted at the venue.

Check the "Show suspended" box to view coaches who have been suspended.

To suspend a coach​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Coaches.
  2. Click More options on the coach you want to suspend.
  3. Click Suspend and confirm the action

        The coach will receive a notification about the suspension.

        Their status will change to "Suspended."

        Suspended coaches will no longer appear in the app as venue coaches or be able to schedule sessions at your venue.

To activate the suspended coach​

  1. Navigate to Settings > Coaches.
  2. Click More options on the suspended.
  3. Click Activate and confirm the action.
